Freshman, Mackenzie Grace embodies an Out-of-Door student in her passion and dedication to academics, the arts, service, and leadership. She recently participated in the Regional Science Fair and volunteered as the Guest Ringmaster at the Circus Sarasota through Out-of-Door's partnership with The Circus Arts Conservatory. Academic competitions are a great way for talented students to deepen their knowledge about their favorite subjects and challenge themselves to research and create. Competitions bring students together who share interests and abilities, and the atmosphere buzzes with learning and friendship. Students at The Out-of-Door Academy have participated and excelled in various academic competitions including Mandarin, Latin, geography, math, and science. Click above to read more.
During MITT, the fourth and fifth grade students are working on a unit focused on influential media.
Middle School students were recently recognized for their academic achievement in the first and second quarters of the school year.
