Theater Students Shine in Classic Comedy Performance
The Middle and Upper School production of “Clue” graced the Black Box Theater stage for three sold-out performances last weekend. This classic whodunit mystery features six guests invited to a unique dinner party filled with intrigue, blackmail, and murder.
With the comedic timing of seasoned actors, the cast had the audience rolling with laughter at their delivery of tongue-in-cheek jokes and puns, using facial expression and physical comedy to take the audience on a journey through Boddy Mansion. For some students, this was their first acting experience - and they rose to the challenge.
While Theater teacher Ms. Thayer Greenberg is the mastermind behind the production, this performance was run by students with Gavin Gargano ’24 directing and Johnny Robinson ’23 as tech director. Special thanks to parents Scott and Kelly Jarr and Coach Alex Miller for their work to make the set a beautiful representation of the classic board game! Congratulations to the cast and crew on a wonderful production of “Clue!”
