Parent Association

The Out-of-Door Academy Parent Association (PA) is a service organization dedicated to actively supporting, promoting, and strengthening The Out-of-Door Academy community. In pursuit of this mission, PA relies on parent volunteerism to achieve its mission. 
Family participation in a student's educational process is essential. The Out-of-Door Academy believes that an inclusive, collaborative environment encompassing parents, staff, and students yields many benefits for those involved.

In addition to focusing on clear communications between parents, teachers, and students, the PA supports various programs that ensure an extraordinary educational experience for ODA students. The PA sponsors two parent luncheons each year, as well as Thunder Fun Day, a carnival-style family outing with something for everyone.

We hope that you will take an active role in your child’s education — by being involved in the classroom when needed, volunteering for a variety of events on campus, and joining service organizations that support our school.
