Out-of-Door Academy bests Bradenton Christian in single run game.
SARASOTA — Tyler Colditz’s RBI single in the fifth inning produced the game’s only run as Out-of-Door Academy beat Bradenton Christian 1-0 in a Class 3A-District 5 baseball game on Thursday night at ODA.
Each team managed just two hits. The Thunder (5-1, 4-0 in 3A-5) got six innings of two-hit ball from Nick Romagnola, with Mason Kolbve collecting his second save of the season.
Eli Thurmond was the hard-luck loser for the Panthers (3-2, 2-2).
