Out-of-Door Academy baseball coach Tim Orlosky picked up his 100th career victory when the Thunder defeated St. Petersburg Seffner Christian, 5-1, Thursday.

Leading Out-of-Door were Austin Brinling, who went 3-for-4 with a double, and Tyler Colditz, who got the mound win by allowing one earned run in 3 ⅓ innings.

Hired in 2013 by the Thunder, Orlosky was previously the head coach at Windermere Prep.

He completed his high school baseball career under Craig Faulkner at Venice High School. After continuing his career at Daytona State College and the University of South Florida, he returned to coach as an assistant at Venice High School.

In just more than five seasons, Orlosky’s record is 100-32. The Thunder have made three playoff appearances in five seasons.
