Austin Brinling went 2-for-4 with a double and run batted in to lead the Thunder (9-1) in the first round of the tournament.
T.J. Fisher had two hits in three trips.
Josh Cone allowed four hits and a walk in five scoreless innings with five strikeouts.
Out-of-Door will play in the semifinals 4 p.m. Tuesday in the semifinal against the winner of Tampa Berkeley Prep and Lemon Bay.
