Welcome Our New ODA Team Members

At Out-of-Door, we are committed to recruiting and developing the best possible talent. This year we are pleased to introduce five new members of the ODA team.
Coming from a variety of educational settings, our new faculty and staff bring the ability to inspire students to reach their full potential and a passion for educating the whole child. Please be sure to welcome these new members of our ODA community
Ms. Kimberly Collier, Lower School Teaching Assistant
Ms. Kimberly Collier holds a master’s degree in Teaching (K-9) from National Louis College of Education and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Illinois. She has extensive post-graduate coursework in Early Childhood Education. Ms. Collier brings 20 years of certified elementary teaching experience, specializing in reading. Ms. Collier now enjoys visiting her adult children, gardening, and exploring the beautiful amenities of the area.

Ms. Emily Enos, Middle School Science Teacher
Ms. Emily Enos received a M.A.T. in Middle School Science from Tufts University, is a Registered Nurse having attended the University of Massachusetts Medical School, and earned her undergraduate degree from Middlebury College. Ms. Enos has eight years of teaching experience, and enjoys sharing her love of science with her students. Outside of the classroom, Ms. Enos loves exploring nature, biking, and hiking. 

Mrs. Concetta Holmes, Director of Middle School Counseling and Academic Services
Mrs. Concetta Holmes is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a recognized expert in the field of trauma with several specialty areas. A graduate of Florida State University with a Master of Social Work and a Bachelor of Social Work, she has a range of experiences over the last 20 years as a social worker, victim advocate, and psychotherapist. Teaching has always been a passion, and Mrs. Holmes is recognized as a statewide and national trainer and a qualified supervisor for mental health professionals new to the field. She is excited to work with children to enhance their academic success, support their emotional and mental wellness, and teach skills critical to their developmental state. 

Mr. Mark Blair
Mr. Mark Blair joined our busy facilities team this summer. He hit the ground running, working on many projects to update and improve our Uihlein Campus in preparation for the 2020-21 school year.

Mr. Chad Holmes
Mr. Chad Holmes joins the facilities team as Groundskeeper. He has looked after the beautiful Uihlein Campus from the moment he arrived, attending our athletic fields, quads, landscaping, and hardscapes with care and dedication.
