Out-of-Door Celebrates 2020-2021 Student-Athletes

During the 2020-2021 school year, ODA competed in a dozen sports, with Middle and Upper School students participating on 20 varsity teams, filling 559 roster spots. Click for the Virtual Athletic End-of-Year Celebration.
ODA’s varsity team members were honored for their athletic accomplishments in a virtual presentation of the annual awards ceremony. Each team's individual video presentation opened with a thorough season recap and special accolades recorded by their head coach, after which the team's RISER, Most Improved Player, and Most Valuable Player awards were named.

Thor Awards were presented to ODA’s nine student-athletes who participated in an interscholastic varsity sport during all three seasons of the school year. Congratulations to Sloan Arslaner '23, Jack Bancroft '23, Tyler Beck '23, Ariel Conway '24, Claire Karp Hauser '22, Mika Levy '24, Jackson Malartsik '22, Cam O'Callaghan '21, and Maria Shaw '23.

ODA’s top athletic honor was presented to Nolan Lewellen '21 and Shelby Fulton '21, and Middle School recipients Collin Dillingham '25 and Emerson Miller '26.

The Sportsmanship Award winners are the student-athletes who represent the school’s core values on and off the fields of play, and exemplify the tenets of good sportsmanship, win or lose. Awards were presented to seniors Jenna Viard '21 and Ryan Kelly '21.
