Students Compete in Annual Florida State Spanish Conference
ODA's Modern Languages Department sent a team of 16 students to compete in the Florida State Spanish Conference in Orlando.
This year, ODA's Modern Languages Department sent a team of 16 students to compete in the annual Florida State Spanish Conference in Orlando, FL. Approximately 800 students representing over 50 Florida public and private high schools participated in this year's event. ODA competed in a number of events including impromptu speaking, declamation (poetry), and dramatic presentation. The students had an impressive showing with 16 first place awards.
