Austin Bonacuse '22 Shows Culinary Creativity
Austin Bonacuse '22 had the opportunity to create her own pizza, burger, and taco after winning the Banyan Ball auction item from PBnT, a local eatery downtown Sarasota.
Austin Bonacuse '22 had the opportunity to create her own pizza, burger, and taco after winning the Banyan Ball auction item from PBnT, a local eatery downtown Sarasota.
As the winner of the PBnT package, Austin worked directly with Chef Nils to create a meatball taco, which she aptly named the "Austin Special". The "Austin Special" is currently on the menu at PBnT during the month of May and proceeds from the "Austin Special" will go to ODA.
In addition, Austin and Chef Nils invited her advisory group to a delicious "Austin Special" lunch which they shared with advisor Mr. Phil Meyer this week in the Petrik Commons.
