Our Lower School campuses were alive with language during today’s exciting Vocabulary Day events! Students demonstrated their ingenuity and stretched their imagination muscles as they took on the challenge of embodying vocabulary words through their attire. Each thoughtfully crafted costume inspired students to delve into the meaning of their chosen words, sparking engaging discussions and enriching their vocabularies along the way.
Today’s assemblies were a vibrant display of students' originality; from athletic gear and a medal representing “achievement” to a billowing cloud symbolizing “precipitation,” both campuses transformed into living dictionaries. The enthusiasm and playfulness of the day created natural learning moments, making it a truly engaging experience for students and educators alike. A heartfelt thank you to our students, parents, and educators for making this event a success. Together, we embraced the joy of language and nurtured a lasting love for words.
